Alberto and Chester were very helpful and friendly. I loved the location!! I moved out because I didn’t have enough space. Also it’s a pretty old building..

Albert is the best thing about this complex besides the location. He really made my living experience amazing and I appreciate him very much.

I really like living at Studio Arnaz. Alberto the Manager is exceptional and the owners are lucky to have him. He's dedicated, professional and friendly. The apartments are well renovated and insulated and the color palate is well thought out. The closets are very spacious and laundry is easy, commercial machines that work well...and you can pay through an app. Thick walls and ceilings so not much noise. Great location. Guest parking is easy if you buy a permit from the city. Walk to everything. Love it!

Studio Arnaz Apartments is amazing. They renovated all interior and exterior of the building, put a lot of plants around and made it very cozy and comfortable place for living. Albert is special. Very good manager.
